Booking & Deposits

A small deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This ensures your time slot is reserved and reduces last-minute cancellations.

The remaining balance is due after the service is completed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.
Missed appointments may result in deposit forfeiture.

Arrival & Timing

We operate as a mobile service and travel between appointments.

Arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic or previous jobs.
We will notify you if there are any delays.
Please allow a small flexibility window for arrival.

Vehicle Condition

Pricing is based on the condition selected during booking.

Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and cost.
We will always communicate any adjustments before proceeding.

Water & Power

We may use your water and/or power supply when available.

If access is not available, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Weather Policy

Weather conditions can affect service quality.

Services may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe conditions.
We will contact you as early as possible to adjust.

Property Access

Customers must ensure access to the service area, safe working conditions, and that pets are secured if necessary.

Payments

We accept credit and debit payments.

Deposits may be required for booking.
Remaining balance is due upon completion.

Prepaid Credit

Customers may optionally purchase prepaid service credit with bonus value.

Credit is valid for 6 months from purchase.
Credit is non-refundable.

Credit cannot be combined with promotions or discounts.

Service Results

We aim to deliver high-quality results on every service.

Some stains, scratches, or permanent damage may not be fully removable.
Results depend on material condition and wear.

Bin Cleaning Policy

Bins should be empty and accessible at time of service.
Cleaning is typically performed after garbage collection.
Heavily contaminated bins may require additional service time.

Safety & Liability

We take care to perform all services safely and professionally.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Refund Policy

Coastal Finish Refund Policy

At Coastal Finish, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Service Refunds

All services provided are non-refundable once completed.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a re-service or correction at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Results limited by the condition of the vehicle or property.
Permanent stains, scratches, or damage that cannot be removed.
Customer expectations beyond the scope of the selected service.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

If sufficient notice is provided, more than 24 hours, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

Prepaid Credit Refund Terms

Prepaid service credit is non-refundable.

Valid for 6 months from purchase.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be transferred to another customer.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in rare cases where a service cannot be completed due to our error.

We take great care in performing all services safely and professionally. The following outlines our responsibility and limitations.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to vehicles or property.
Worn, fragile, or deteriorated materials.
Loose trim, paint defects, or damaged surfaces.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues prior to service.

Service Limitations

Certain results depend on the condition of the surface. We do not guarantee:

Complete removal of all stains or odors.
Restoration of heavily worn or damaged materials.
Permanent correction of defects without specialized services.

Risk Acknowledgment

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

Cleaning processes involve water, chemicals, and equipment.
Some materials may react differently depending on age and condition.
There is inherent risk in any cleaning or restoration process.

Reporting Issues

Any damage or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to review or address the issue.

Liability Limit

If damage is determined to be directly caused by our service, our liability will be limited to:

The cost of the service provided, or
The reasonable cost of repair for the affected area.

We do not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Bin Cleaning Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Structural damage to bins that are cracked, brittle, or already compromised.
Odors or contamination caused by continued use after cleaning.
